Level 1 Diploma in Electrical Installations
Duration: 1 year
This introductory course provides an excellent starting point for students interested in a career within the electrical industry. You will develop practical skills, technical knowledge and an understanding of electrical principles while learning in specialist workshop environments. The programme provides a strong foundation for progression to higher-level qualifications and apprenticeships.
Level 2 Electrical Installation
Duration: 1 year
Develop the skills and knowledge required to work safely and effectively within the electrical industry. Through practical workshop activities and theoretical study, you will gain experience of electrical installation techniques, wiring systems and industry regulations.
Level 3 Electrical Installation
Duration: 1 year
This advanced programme develops the technical competence required for progression into the electrical industry. Students build on existing knowledge and skills, undertaking more complex installation work while developing an understanding of inspection, testing and fault diagnosis procedures.
Throughout your studies, you will develop industry-relevant skills, knowledge and behaviours including:

Courses are free for 16-18 who have not studied higher than GCSE's, and for 19-24 with an EHCP. Even if you have studied a different course at college or sixth form we may still be able to help. Speak to the admissions team for more information. There maybe free or reduced costs for adults, contact the admissions team to see if you are eligible.
