Entry Level 3 Introduction to Hospitality
Duration: 1 year
This introductory programme is designed for students who want to develop confidence, practical skills and an understanding of the hospitality industry. You will explore food preparation, customer service and workplace expectations while building the skills needed to progress to higher-level study.
Level 1 Hospitality and Catering
Duration: 1 year
This practical course provides a strong introduction to the hospitality and catering industry. You will develop food preparation, cooking and customer service skills while gaining experience in realistic working environments. The programme prepares students for progression to Level 2 qualifications or entry-level employment.
Level 2 Hospitality and Catering
Duration: 1 year
Develop your culinary, customer service and hospitality skills through practical learning and industry-focused projects. You will gain experience preparing and serving food, maintaining professional standards and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Level 3 Advanced Cookery
Duration: 1 year
This specialist programme is designed for aspiring chefs looking to develop advanced culinary skills. You will refine your cooking techniques, explore contemporary food preparation methods and gain experience producing dishes to professional standards.
Level 3 Hospitality
Duration: 1 year
This advanced programme develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for supervisory and management roles within the hospitality industry. You will explore hospitality operations, customer service excellence and leadership principles while preparing for employment or higher-level study.

*If you have not already achieved a GCSE pass at grade 4 or above in English and Maths you will study Maths and/or English as an integral part of your college programme.
We offer a range of support services to help you succeed during your studies, including:
Courses are free for 16-18 who have not studied higher than GCSE's, and for 19-24 with an EHCP. Even if you have studied a different course at college or sixth form we may still be able to help. Speak to the admissions team for more information. There maybe free or reduced costs for adults, contact the admissions team to see if you are eligible.
