Level 1 Automotive Maintenance

Duration: 1 year

This introductory course is ideal if you are interested in vehicle maintenance and want to develop practical skills in a professional workshop environment. You will gain a solid foundation in automotive systems, maintenance procedures and workplace practices while building the confidence needed to progress to higher-level study.

Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

Duration: 1 year

Develop the technical skills and knowledge needed to diagnose, maintain and repair modern vehicles. Working in industry-standard workshops, you will learn how to service and repair a range of vehicle systems, preparing you for employment or progression to Level 3 qualifications.

Level 2 Motorsport Maintenance and Repair

Duration: 1 year

Designed for students with an interest in motorsport engineering, this course combines vehicle maintenance and repair skills with an introduction to the motorsport industry. You will gain practical experience working on vehicles while developing an understanding of performance, preparation and maintenance techniques used within motorsport.

Level 2 Vehicle Fitting

Duration: 1 year

This practical programme focuses on vehicle fitting and replacement techniques. You will learn how to inspect, remove and replace vehicle components while developing the skills required for a range of automotive service and repair roles.

Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

Duration: 1 year

This advanced programme develops the technical expertise required for a successful career in the automotive industry. You will learn complex diagnostic procedures, advanced repair techniques and customer service skills while working with modern automotive technologies.

Level 3 Motorsport Maintenance and Repair

Duration: 1 year

Build specialist motorsport engineering skills and knowledge through practical workshop activities and industry-relevant projects. This course prepares you for careers within motorsport, performance vehicle engineering and related technical industries.
